By sharing the toolkit, you’re helping ensure that educators everywhere have the chance to speak openly about their experiences, challenges, and ideas for the future of our sector.

Why This Toolkit Exists

Early childhood professionals carry expertise that is essential to shaping meaningful change in our sector.

This survey is an opportunity for all educators across long day care, kindergarten, family day care, OSHC, early learning programs, and leadership roles to share honest feedback about:

  • Workload and time pressures

  • Ratios and regulations

  • Program expectations

  • Workforce challenges

  • Pay, conditions, and support

  • Professional wellbeing

  • What needs to change

Your voice, and the voices of your colleagues, will contribute to a stronger, more informed future for early childhood education in Australia.

This toolkit ensures promoting the survey is effortless, consistent, and accessible for everyone.

Small actions can significantly increase participation.
